REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS

Up to 4 weeks before the event takes place you can either:

• Transfer your place to someone else yourself using the substitute option via SiEntries.

• Cancel your entry yourself via SiEntries and receive a 90% card refund within 5 working days of cancellation. The difference covers the SiEntries fees that we incur.

No refund or transfer options are available within 4 weeks of the event taking place under any circumstances.

INTO ULTRA entries

If you have entered an event with a voucher code provided by Into Ultra:

• You are not able to transfer your entry to anyone else. If you do transfer the entry to someone via SiEntries then their entry will be cancelled and no refund will be given to anyone.

• The entry has no monetary value. Therefore, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement voucher code under any circumstances.
